Submit No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) of a vehicle in new RTO.

If the owner of the vehicle changes his/her residence or sells the vehicle outside of the RTO jurisdiction where the vehicle is currently registered. Then the owner shall file the application for issue of clearance certificate with the registering authority where the vehicle is registered.

New Address Proofs: Light Bill, PMC Tax Receipt, Index 2 (Any One of These) Voter's ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, L.I.C. Policy (Any One of These)	Photocopy
In Case Owner is Residing in a Rental House, Owner Has to Submit: Rental Agreement Registered With Sub Registrar Police Verification Electricity Bill Aadhar Card or Election Id With Native Place Address	Photocopy
Vehicle Invoice (Only in Case of Vehicle from Other State)	Photocopy
Report of N.C.R.B., NOC of CP/SP (Only in Case of Vehicle from Other State)	Photocopy
Sales Tax NOC for Entry Tax (Only if Vehicle is Less Than 3 Years Old)	Photocopy
In Case the Vehicle is From Other State, Additional Documents may be Required	Photocopy

Please Note

If the Vehicle is From Other State, Then the Vehicle Shall Be Produced Before the RTO Authority for Inspection and Shall Pay One Time Tax to the Concerned RTO.
If the NOC is not Submitted within 15 days from the date of issue, fine will be incurred.
