When a Driving Licence holder changes his/ her place of residence. Then the driving licence should be registered with the new RTO. The NOC issued by the original registering authority should be submitted to the new RTO.

NOC Letter From Original RTO	Original
Address Proofs: Light Bill, PMC Tax Receipt, Index 2 (Any One of These) Voter's ID, Aadhar Card, Passport, L.I.C. Policy (Any One of These)	Photocopy
In Case of Residing in a Rental House: Rental Agreement Registered With Sub Registrar Police Verification Electricity Bill of Rental Property Aadhar Card or Election Id With Native Place Address	Photocopy

Please Note

Driving Licence Holder Will Have to Come to RTO for Biometric, Signature, and Photo.
If the NOC is not Submitted within 15 days from the date of issue, A fine of Rs. 300 will be incurred.
